九代目 春風亭 柳枝（くだいめ しゅんぷうてい りゅうし、1981年（昭和56年）8月23日 - ）は、落語家。落語協会所属。本名：小杉 学史。出囃子は『都囃子』。名跡「春風亭柳枝」の当代である。
経歴

東京都目黒区出身。安田学園中学校・高等学校[1]、明治学院大学文学部芸術学科卒業。

2006年4月、春風亭正朝に入門。前座となり正太郎を名乗る。2009年11月、三遊亭めぐろ、古今亭大五朗（廃業）と共に二ツ目昇進。

2021年3月下席より弁財亭和泉、柳亭燕三、柳家?三郎、三遊亭れん生（めぐろ改め）と共に真打に昇進[2]し、同時に九代目春風亭柳枝を襲名[3][4]、3月21日の鈴本演芸場での襲名披露興行初日に九代目柳枝として初高座を務めた[5]。

感染症予防のため数回にわたり延期されていた真打昇進披露宴は、2023年9月28日に帝国ホテルに500人あまりの来賓を招き、スペシャルゲストにさだまさしを迎えて開催された[6][7]。
