手風琴（てふうきん）は、北海道出身のフォークグループ。
概要

デビュー当時のメンバーの小松、鈴木、藤井は北海道伊達高等学校で出会っており、後に手風琴21として加入する北島も同級生である。

手風琴時代

1980年 - バンドを結成。

1982年2月25日 - VAPより『365日』でメジャーデビュー。

1984年、小松幸雄が脱退。ベーシストとして深川忠義が加入。

1986年、レコード会社をリバスター音産に移籍。

手風琴21時代

2001年 - 藤井が務める制作会社サッポロサウンズ(現：エアジーワークス)にて制作プロデューサーとして携わり、HTBで放送された『鈴井の巣』の企画で制作された楽曲『おやG』をリリース（唄は鈴井貴之と安田顕）。同級生の北島良人がボーカルとして加入し『手風琴21』として活動。

2003年 - 『おやG』のCD化がきっかけにより、CD盤による再発売の要望を受けて、リマスタリング盤として手風琴ベストアルバム『OUR BEST』が発売。

2006年 - 北島良人が脱退。

嶺上開花時代

2007年 - オリジナルメンバーの三人で再始動。藤井は、プロデューサーとして携わる。ふきのとうの元メンバー山木康世とのユニット「嶺上開花（リンシャンカイホウ）」を結成し、全国ツアーに同行。

2008年 - 嶺上開花としてのアルバム『嶺上開花?リンシャンカイホー?』をリリース。

現在

2016年6月4日 - 歴代メンバー4人での手風琴復活ライブ『手風琴LIVE?それは無理があるでしょ。?produced by AIR-G' 「幸男さん 」』を札幌メッセホールにて開催。

2017年6月21日 - 歴代オリジナルアルバム3作をMEG-CDにて復刻、およびベストアルバムも含めた4作をデジタル配信開始[1]。
