成瀬 國晴（なるせ くにはる、1936年〈昭和11年〉1月1日 - ）は、日本のイラストレーター、タレント。
大阪府大阪市浪速区出身。日本漫画家協会会員。新字体は「成瀬国晴」。血液型はO型。
来歴・人物「むかでや
1944年8月からは滋賀県東押立村（現在の東近江市）の寺の東方寺（とうぼうじ）に疎開[1]。
1956年 長沢節門下の明石正義に師事し、モードイラストを学ぶ。
関西を活動の拠点とし、テレビ番組のロゴや番組セットのデザイン、落語会のポスター画などを手掛ける。主に、著名人の似顔絵を描く。
関西を拠点としていた作家の藤本義一とは長年にわたり親交が深かった。藤本の葬儀では葬儀委員長を務めた。

ノックは無用!関西テレビ放送で1975年1月から1997年9月まで、土曜の午後に22年9ヶ月にわたって放送されていたトーク番組。番組セットで成瀬が描いた芸能人やスポーツ選手の似顔絵のボードが飾られていた。
三枝の大マジメ!?結婚ゲーム→三枝の結婚ゲーム朝日放送で1976年4月から1977年8月まで放送されたクイズ番組。番組キャラクターの天使は成瀬が描いていた。
キダ・タローキダが音楽を担当した『三枝の国盗りゲーム』（1977年 - 1986年）や『ヒラメキ大作戦』（1981年）にイラスト担当で参加。『浪花のモーツアルト キダ・タローのすべて』や『キダ・タローのほんまにすべて』のジャケットやブックレットのイラストも手がけており、1983年に刊行されたキダの著書である『コーヒーの味ー大阪』（保育社カラーブックス608）の表紙も成瀬によるものである。
桂りょうばの落語トラベル朝日放送ラジオで月曜19:00から放送されている番組で、2023年3月13日・20日放送分にゲスト出演。
