志手 清彦（して きよひこ、1916年8月20日 - 没年不明[1]）は、大分県[2]出身のプロ野球選手。
経歴

大分商業時代は1931年夏、1933年夏、1935年春夏の4度甲子園に出場。

八幡製鐵を経て1936年秋に阪急軍へ入団[2]。

1937年に名古屋軍へ移籍し、同年秋季リーグ終了後に退団[2]。

戦後は母校の大分商業高校、大分上野丘高校で監督を歴任[1]。夏の甲子園に5度出場した。
