忌野 清志郎（いまわの きよしろう、1951年〈昭和26年〉4月2日 - 2009年〈平成21年〉5月2日）は、日本のロックミュージシャン、俳優。本名：栗原 清志（くりはら きよし）。血液型A型。
RCサクセションを筆頭に、忌野清志郎 & 2・3'S、忌野清志郎 Little Screaming Revue、ラフィータフィーなどのバンドを率い、ソウル・ブルースを下地にしたロックサウンドを展開。そのステージ上における圧倒的な存在感と、1983年に発表されたRCサクセションのライブアルバム「THE KING OF LIVE」の印象から、ザ・キング・オブ・ロックの異名を取った。
アニメ監督の西久保瑞穂は従弟[2]、消しゴムハンコ作家の百世は娘[3]にあたる。 東京都中野区出身、国分寺市富士本育ち。みふじ幼稚園を経て国分寺市立第二小学校、国分寺市立第三中学校に通う[4]。小学生時代は漫画に熱中し、自作の漫画を近所に住んでいた吉田竜夫に見てもらったこともあった。清志郎の母親の最初の夫（清志郎の実の父親ではない）は結婚して間もなく戦死しており[5]、母親はのちに再婚して清志郎を生んだが[5]、清志郎が3歳の時に33歳で亡くなった。
