徳源院（とくげんいん）は、滋賀県米原市にある京極氏の菩提寺。寺号で清瀧寺（せいりゅうじ）とも呼ばれる。山号を霊通山と称する。宗派は天台宗。境内にある京極家墓所は国の史跡に指定されている。
歴史

弘安6年（1283年）、京極氏の初代当主・京極氏信は近江守へと任ぜられ、弘安9年（1286年）に清瀧寺を創建した。

寛文12年（1672年）、讃岐丸亀藩主京極高豊は江戸幕府に請願し、播磨の所領2村と近江を交換し、同地にあり京極氏の菩提寺であった近江清瀧寺を復興、付近に散在していた墓碑を一カ所に集めて整理し、三重塔を寄進、また歴代当主の墓を集めて並べ、院号を父・京極高和の法名に基づき徳源院と改めた。この三重塔は、1973年に滋賀県の有形文化財に指定されている。
