岸田 敏志（きしだ さとし、1953年4月18日 - ）は、日本の歌手（シンガーソングライター）、作曲家、俳優。旧芸名は岸田 智史（読みは同じ）。本名は稲田英彦（いなだ ひでひこ）[1]。岡山県真庭郡（現・真庭市）出身。フレンズ・ケイ・カンパニー所属。

父は書家の稲田東川、息子はパーカッション奏者の稲田しんたろう、娘はミュージカル女優の稲田みづ紀。
来歴・人物

父母兄弟、親戚の大部分が教師という家系[1]。育った場所は、当時はレコード店もなく、ラジオもよく入らないという土地で、岡山時代は音楽に馴染んでなかった[1]。京都教育大学教育学部体育学科卒業[2]。体育の教員免許を所持。最初は体育教師志望だった[2]。

高校生時代に走幅跳で岡山県大会3位入賞の実績を持つ[2]。大学入学後も陸上部で短距離走の選手だったが、大学2年生の時に胃を患って陸上競技を断念、これをきっかけに作詞作曲活動を始める[2]。

大学在学中に作成したデモテープを聞いた酒井政利にスカウトされ、1976年にCBS・ソニーから「蒼い旅」で歌手デビュー。その後、1979年にTBS系列のテレビドラマ『愛と喝采と』で俳優としてもデビュー。

そのドラマの作中では「モーニング」というタイトルだった挿入歌「きみの朝」を歌い大ヒット、岸田自身の代表曲となる。

『愛と喝采と』のスタッフが『3年B組金八先生』を手掛けることとなったため、『金八』主演の打診が行なわれたが、「きみの朝」のヒットによりコンサート活動などで多忙となり、当時同じくヤングジャパングループ所属だった武田鉄矢が『金八』に出演することになった。

先に武田が作詞した主題歌「贈る言葉」の作曲も依頼されたが、レコーディングまでは至っていない。

その後、桜中学シリーズの第2弾となる『1年B組新八先生』に主演した。『新八』の主題歌「重いつばさ」や、リチャード・クレイダーマンのヒット曲に歌詞をつけてカヴァーした「潮風のセレナード」、「黄昏」や「21のキャンドルライト」などの曲が知られており、2019年現在も歌手活動を継続中。

当時、岸田と同じくCBS・ソニーの所属だった山口百恵から歌声や作品を気に入られ、山口のオリジナル・アルバム『花ざかり』に「飛騨の吊り橋」「あまりりす」「ドライフラワー」と、合計3曲提供したことでも有名。

俳優として『渡る世間は鬼ばかり』の山下健治役をはじめテレビドラマや舞台での活動や、声質を生かしてナレーターやDJとしての活動がある。

2011年4月1日、母校の岡山県立落合高等学校が岡山県立久世高等学校と合併して岡山県立真庭高等学校となったが、その際新しい校歌の作詞・作曲を依頼され「岡山県立真庭高等学校校歌?風の階段?」を制作した。

同年11月、埼玉の首都高速道路三郷料金所で追突事故に巻き込まれ頸椎および腰椎捻挫の重傷を負ったが、約1年半のリハビリを経て回復、2013年10月には約3年ぶりとなる全国ツアーを開催している[3][4]。
