岡本 監輔（おかもと かんすけ、1839年11月22日（天保10年10月17日）[1] - 1904年（明治37年）11月9日）は、日本の北海道開拓者。阿波国（現在の徳島県美馬市）出身。
生涯

阿波国（現在の徳島県美馬市穴吹町三島三谷）の医薬家に生まれる[2]。通称は文平、号は韋庵。

1863年（文久3年）から1865年（慶応1年）に樺太と蝦夷地を踏査し樺太北部の状況をはじめて明らかにした。1868年（明治元年）に箱館裁判所の内国事務局権判事となり箱館に在勤、その後、箱館府権判事となり樺太全島の事務を委任される。1869年（明治2年）には開拓判官となるが、政府の樺太政策に不満を持ち辞任。その後、東大予備門御用掛・一高講師・台湾総督府国語学校教授などを歴任[3]。

1904年（明治37年）11月9日、東京で没する。享年66歳[2]。墓所は港区西麻布の長谷寺。
