小澤 良介（おざわ りょうすけ、1978年8月28日 - ）は、日本の実業家、投資家。2022年12月より、株式会社フォーシーズ ＨＤ（東証スタンダード 3726）社外取締役[1]。クリエイティブディレクター、アートディレクター、インテリアデザイナーとしても活動する。家具・アート販売、空間デザインを主とするリグナ株式会社創業者。大手ラーメンチェーンの株式会社幸楽苑ホールディングス（東証プライム 7554）元社外取締役[2]。セラシオ社日本法人「Thrasio合同会社」の創業メンバーで元CPO。浙江大学客員教授。

大手企業の空間プロデュース、空間コンサル、ブランディング等幅広く手がける。家具、デザイン、ビジネス等に関わる執筆活動も精力的にこなし、自著を３冊を出版している。
来歴・人物

1978年8月 愛知県生まれ。1997年3月 愛知県立中村高等学校普通科卒業。2003年3月 明治大学政治経済学部経済学科卒業。明治大学在学中に個人事業として業務請負会社を起業。卒業後まもなく、数名の仲間とダーツバーの立ち上げに参画。その際、内装を手がけたことをきっかけに、2003年、リグナ株式会社の前身、有限会社リックアンドブレインズを創業[3]。代表取締役就任。内装インテリア事業を手がける。2004年、家具のECへの浸透の低さに着眼し、インターネットECサイト、リグナをオープン[4]。都内に直営店舗のオープンに続き、自社家具ブランドのデザイナーとしても参画。2012年11月大丸福岡天神店のクリスマスイルミネーションをプロデュース。

2015年3月、初の著書となる『100%、「好き! 」を仕事にする人生』（日本実業出版社）を出版[5]。2015年12月 2冊目の著書『なぜデンマーク人は初任給でイスを買うのか？』（きずな出版）を出版。引き続き、2018年7月には、3冊目の著書『LIFE STYLE DESIGN(ライフスタイルデザイン) ―「遊び」と「好奇心」で設計する これからの生存戦略』（きずな出版）を出版した。

フジテレビの月9ドラマ「月の恋人?Moon Lovers?」では監修[6]も手がける。

経営の手腕を買われ数社の企業顧問、役員を兼任。2019年6月 株式会社幸楽苑ホールディングス（東証1部 7554）の社外取締役に就任[7]。2019年11月、株式会社ベクトルの取締役CBO 退任。2020年2月、リグナ株式会社の代表取締役会長に就任。2020年10月、綿半ホールディングス株式会社（東証1部 3199）によるリグナ株式会社の連結子会社化を機に、代表権のない取締役会長に転じる[8]。2021年5月、米ユニコーン企業「セラシオ社」の日本法人であるThrasio合同会社の最高協業責任者（Chief Partnership Officer）に就任[9]。2022年7月の退任後、エンジェル投資家として活動を続ける[10]。
