富山県（とやまけん）は、日本の中部地方に位置する県。県庁所在地は富山市。

中部地方の日本海側、新潟県を含めた場合の北陸地方のほぼ中央にある。
概要富山県の山岳部富山湾岸のドライブ・サイクリングコース（しんきろうロード）世界遺産 五箇山合掌造り集落きときとな海の幸

富山県は、北方を日本海（大半は富山湾）、他三方を山脈で区切られている。令制国の越中国と領域を同じくする。

東の新潟県との県境は難所親不知として知られる。長野県との県境には飛騨山脈（北アルプス）が聳える。石川県との県境北部は宝達丘陵、南側は岐阜県などにまたがる両白山地である。南の岐阜県境には飛騨山脈や飛騨高地が控える。

山に囲まれているものの、西は倶利伽羅峠辺りで加賀国（現在の石川県南部）以西と結ぶ北陸道が通り、経済的・文化的結び付きは強い。戦国末期には越中の佐々成政と加賀の前田利家が争った。その後、羽柴秀吉（後の豊臣秀吉）によって越中は利家の子前田利長に与えられ、江戸時代の越中は加賀藩とその支藩である富山藩に統治されていた。廃藩置県では一時的に富山県（旧県）及び新川県が成立するも、人口が過小と見なされたことと歴史的経緯により、石川県に併合されてしまう。
