大陸打通作戦（たいりくだつうさくせん）は、日中戦争（支那事変）中の1944年（昭和19年）4月17日から12月10日にかけて、日本陸軍により中国大陸で行われた作戦。正式名称（日本側作戦名）は一号作戦（英語: Operation Ichi-Go）。その結果発生した戦闘についての中国側呼称は豫湘桂会戦。前半の京漢作戦（コ号作戦）と後半の湘桂作戦（ト号作戦）に大きく分けられる。
