大野石油広島オイラーズ（おおのせきゆ ひろしまオイラーズ）は、広島県広島市を拠点とする大野石油店の女子バレーボールチームである。2023-24シーズンはV.LEAGUE DIVISION2 WOMEN（V2女子）に所属。
概要猫田記念体育館

母体は広島県内で石油製品を取り扱う大野石油店。1992年創部。2003年V1リーグ（現・チャレンジリーグ）に昇格。

当初は「大野石油スポーツクラブ（OSC広島）」として活動していたが、1993年に「大野石油広島女子バレー部」に改名した。2007年に愛称を「オイラーズ」とした。この愛称は、母体の業務である「石油（オイル、OIL）」を由来としている。

選手達は昼間、市内の給油所でサービス業務に従事し夕方まで勤務した後、本社ビル内にある専用体育館で練習を行っている[1]。

試合会場は広島市の猫田記念体育館（JTサンダーズ広島の本拠地）や、福山市のローズアリーナを使用している。ユニフォームサプライヤーはミズノ。

かつては所属選手のほとんどが広島県出身であった[1]。また、他の広島のスポーツチームの応援と同様に、しゃもじを楽器として使うところも特徴である。
歴史

1992年に大野石油スポーツクラブとして創部。翌1993年から大野石油広島女子バレー部と改称。

1994年、地域リーグ（女子・西部）に参戦。2000年には地区リーグ西部で過去最高の2位となり、初のプレーオフ（現ファイナルリーグ）に進出[1]、翌2001年には地域リーグ西部で優勝を飾るもののプレーオフを勝ち抜けず昇格できなかった。2003年、プレーオフで優勝し、V1リーグに昇格を果たした[2]。

以降、チャレンジリーグに定着している。2007年に愛称を「オイラーズ」とした。

2009/10シーズン開幕前日である11月27日、遠征先で2選手が新型インフルエンザを発症した。試合前日であり準備が出来ないことから、翌28日の開幕戦対KUROBEアクアフェアリーズ戦、29日の健祥会レッドハーツ戦を棄権した。ちなみに、棄権試合はVリーグ史上初[3][4]。

2012年5月、9度目の出場となった第61回黒鷲旗全日本男女選抜バレーボール大会において、初の決勝トーナメント進出を果たし、ベスト8に輝いた[5]。

2017/18シーズンから元JTの原秀治を監督に招聘したが[6]、最下位に沈んだ[7]。

2018-19シーズン、新生V.LEAGUEにてDIVISION2に所属となる[8]。
