大田原町（おおたわらまち）は栃木県の北東部、那須郡に属していた町である。現在の大田原市は1954年（昭和29年）に新設合併で発足したものであり、本町とは別の自治体である。
地理

歴史

1889年（明治22年）4月1日 町村制施行により、大田原宿、苅切村が合併し那須郡大田原町が成立する。

1954年（昭和29年）12月1日 親園村、金田村と合併し大田原市を新設する。
