『夢』（ゆめ、伊：Sogno）は、フランチェスコ・パオロ・トスティ作曲の歌曲である。作詞はロレンツォ・ステッケッティによるものである。

トスティ初期の傑作。夢のなかでの恋人と愛のやりとりを歌っている。
