増井 修（ますい おさむ 1959年 - ）は日本の音楽評論家。漫画に対する造詣も深く、漫画評論の著作も発表している。
来歴

新潟県柏崎市（旧西山町）出身。新潟県立柏崎高等学卒業、新潟大学中退。

1980年、ロッキング・オン入社。1990年から7年間にわたり『ロッキング・オン』の編集長をつとめた。その後、渋谷陽一と衝突し解雇されるが、不当解雇であることを主張して裁判沙汰にまで至った。その後『WHAT'sIN?ES』のスーパーバイザーを務め、『TONE』編集長を務めた。
『ロッキング・オン』編集長

1980年代当時日本で無名だった若手ストーン・ローゼズを、社内の批判を受けながら（表紙を当時の人気バンドからストーン・ローゼズに変更するなど）プッシュし、日本でのブレイクに多々貢献した。その後も主にオアシスなどのUKバンドを誌面で大きく取り上げていた。初期のオアシスのライナーノーツはほとんど担当している。

編集長時代の副編集長を長く務めていたのは田中宗一郎であり、「タナソー」というニックネームを嫌がられつつも対談で多用し、読者に広く認知させた。
