塩田 哲嗣（しおた のりひで、1969年8月8日 - ）は、日本のベーシスト、音楽プロデューサー、レコーディング・エンジニアである。英語圏および、プロジェクトによってはNori Shiotaの名称で活動している。
来歴

1996年にニューオリンズで数年活動後、帰国するが2001年に再度、米国ニューヨークへ渡る。この間大坂昌彦など数多くのミュージシャンと共演を行っている[1][2]。

2002年、東京スカパラダイスオーケストラのNARGOと北原雅彦、太田剣、石成正人、クリヤ・マコトを加えSFKUaNK!!を結成[3]。

2005年にはポニーキャニオンからアルバムが発売されメジャー・デビュー[1][3]。また、この年からプロデュースも開始し、2007年アルバム『Lost in Translation』がヒットしたジャズシンガーBei Xuがデビュー。[1][4]。

2010年にバークリー音楽大学に入学。MP&E（ミュージック・プロダクション&エンジニアリング）とPerformance（パフォーマンス）メジャー、Latin（ラテン）マイナーを専攻。2014年6月に卒業後、拠点を日本に移す[1]。

2018-2019年7月までレーベルDays of Delightの立ち上げに参加。ベーシスト、レコーディング・エンジニア、音楽ブロデューサーとして携わる。[5]2019年6月19日に第三弾としてアルバム”1969”を発表。しかし様々な不条理と戦い、2019年8月８日、ミュージシャン、アーティスト、そしてオーディエンスの為の新しいプラットフォーム&音楽レーベル[6]Steelpan Records”レーベルを立ち上げた。
