坂野 尚子（ばんの なおこ、1957年（昭和32年）11月9日[1] - ）は、日本の元アナウンサーで、現在は経営者。旧姓は土井。株式会社ノンストレス代表取締役。
経歴

神奈川県横浜市育ち。

1980年にフジテレビに入社。同期アナウンサーに山村美智子がいる。

1985年にニューヨークに特派員として赴任する。

1987年3月にフジテレビを退社。

1988年1月にコロンビア・ビジネス・スクールに入学。MBA取得。

外資系コンサルティング会社（KPMG）に勤務。

1994年1月にキャリア戦略研究所設立。キャリアカウンセラー、人材紹介を行う。

1996年に、（株）ノンストレスの前身である「ザ・クイック」を設立。ネイルサロン「ネイルクイック」「スパネイル」「ネイルパフェ」の多店舗展開及び10フリーのネイルパフェジェルの製造販売を行う。 著書に「女三十歳、ひとり海を渡る」「女性の知らない7つのルール」（訳）「“いい仕事”ができる女性」など。講演多数。 経済産業省 産業構造審議会 委員、神奈川県なでしこブランド審査員。国際基督教大学　評議員。

2018年に日本スパ・ウエルネス協会 ISPN栄誉賞受賞。

2019年、（株）ノンストレスはForbes　Women　Award企業部門従業員規模300名以上1000名以下1位受賞。
