土師 真妹（はじ の まいも、生没年未詳）は、古代日本の女性。和乙継の妻となり、高野新笠を産んだ。

新笠が光仁天皇の宮人（のち夫人）となり、山部親王（のちの桓武天皇）を儲けたことから、現在の皇室の直系祖先にあたる人物である。

存命中の事績は不明。延暦9年12月1日（791年1月9日）、夫の乙継と共に正一位が追贈された[1]。

墓所は、大和国平群郡にある大野墓[2]。比定地は不明。
