国道368号（こくどう368ごう）は、三重県伊賀市から奈良県宇陀郡御杖村を経由して、三重県多気郡多気町に至る一般国道である。
概要

三重県内陸部における伊賀地域と松阪地域および、南勢地域を結ぶ一般国道の路線で、国土交通省では同地域間の連絡・交流路として重要な役割を担う路線に位置づけている[1]。起終点はいずれも三重県にあるが、2.7 kmだけ奈良県を通過するため三重県内完結路線ではない[2][注釈 1]。同様の事例として宮城県の国道346号がある。
