国際連合事務局（こくさいれんごうじむきょく、英語: United Nations Secretariat）は、国際連合の主要機関の一つ。

各国の利害を離れて中立的な立場から国際連合の諸機関が決定した活動計画や政策を実施する機関。国際連合事務総長が統括する。

本部はニューヨークにあり、また各地に事務所があり、その中で中心的な役割を担うのはジュネーヴ事務局（UNOG）、ウィーン事務局（UNOV）、ナイロビ事務局（UNON）である。
