国土強靭化推進室（こくどきょうじんかすいしんしつ）は、内閣に置かれている国土強靭化推進本部の事務局として、「国土強靭化推進室の設置に関する規則（2013年〈平成25年〉1月24日の内閣総理大臣決定）」に基づき、内閣官房に設置されている行政組織。

国土強靭化担当大臣（こくどきょうじんかたんとうだいじん）は、内閣総理大臣の命を受けて、国土強靱化に関する施策の総合的かつ計画的な推進に関し内閣総理大臣を助けることを職務とする国務大臣[1]。国土強靱化基本法第20条に基づき、国土強靭化推進副本部長を務める[1]。
