古谷 敏（ふるや びん[出典 1]、（1943年〈昭和18年〉7月5日[1][3] - ）は、日本の俳優、スーツアクター[4]。株式会社ビンプロモーション元代表取締役社長。シンビンプロモーション所属。東京都[3]港区西麻布出身[4][1]。本名は同字異読の古谷 敏（ふるや さとし）[5]。

特撮テレビドラマ『ウルトラQ』で「ケムール人」と「海底原人ラゴン」を、『ウルトラマン』で主役ヒーローウルトラマンをスーツアクターとして[1][2]、『ウルトラセブン』でウルトラ警備隊のアマギ隊員を顔出しで演じ、ウルトラシリーズの初期を支えた一人として知られる。特にウルトラマンは、古谷の体形を前提としてデザインが確定した[6]。
