原田 真二（はらだ しんじ、1958年12月5日[3] - ）は、日本のシンガーソングライター。広島市榎町（現：中区榎町）出身[出典 1][注釈 1]。
概要

ボーカル、作詞、作曲、編曲、プロデュース。楽器はギター、ピアノ、キーボードを主要に扱うが、ベース、パーカッション、マリンバ、ブルース・ハープ、ドラム、琴、和太鼓なども演奏。ミックス、プログラミング、AI共作[13]もこなす、マルチプレイヤー、マルチミュージシャンである。所属事務所はエアーフィールド（個人事務所）。血液型はAB。2011年（平成22年度）広島市より広島市民賞[6]。ひろしま平和文化大使委属[6]。
経歴
生い立ち

ザ・モンキーズのテレビショーや[出典 2]、エルビス・プレスリーの宇宙中継ライブ（『アロハ・フロム・ハワイ』）などで観て[出典 3]、「ライブが人を感動させるんだ」と幼いながら感動した[19]。中学生で洋楽ロックの虜になり、エルトン・ジョンやウイングスなどのロック、スティービー・ワンダーなどのソウル系、ジョン・ウィリアムズ、ヘンリー・マンシーニなどの映画音楽などをジャンルレスに聴いた[出典 4]。中学に入ると同郷の吉田拓郎がブレイクし[出典 5]、広島の中学生・高校生たちはわれもわれもとフォーク熱に憑りつかれ[出典 6]、フォークギターを持っていなければ「オクレテル！」という状況になった[出典 7]。原田も中学から兄のギターを借りて、自身でもギターを始め[出典 8]、吉田拓郎をコピーする[出典 9]。当時の広島は拓郎の影響が強く、ロックをやっている人は周りにほとんどいなかったという[22]。またヤマハ広島店でギターとピアノを習い[出典 10]、アイドル雑誌の付録に付いていた天地真理などの歌謡曲の歌本でギターを弾いたり[17]、譜面がある物は探して、アレンジを確認したりし[出典 11]、早くからプロのアーティストを目指した[出典 12]。
