南蛮（なんばん）は、将棋の駒の一つ。本将棋にはなく、大大将棋・泰将棋・大局将棋に存在する。

縦に何マスでも動け、横と斜め後ろに3マス動ける。この時飛び越えては行けない。また、斜め前に駒を3個まで飛び越えて何マスでも動ける。

脚注[脚注の使い方]^ 『象戯図式』『諸象戯図式』では、斜め後ろに2マス、左に1マス動くとなっており、この動きは日本の将棋類にしては珍しく前方面への利きを一切持たない動きとなっている（大大将棋・泰将棋の成りの条件は「敵の駒を取った時」なので、この動きでも最後列の左隅に行くまでは理論上は成駒の白象には成れる。）。『象棋六種之図式』の大大将棋の解説では、左右に2マス、前後と斜め前に1マスの動き（大局将棋での動きと同じ）である。また、同書の泰将棋の解説では、横に2マス、縦に1マス動けるとなっている。
