南アフリカ対イスラエル（みなみアフリカたいイスラエル、英語: South Africa v. Israel）、「ガザ地区における集団殺害罪の防止および処罰に関する条約の適用（ガザちくにおけるしゅうだんさつがいざいのぼうしおよびしょばつにかんするじょうやくのてきよう、Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in the Gaza Strip）」）は、2023年パレスチナ・イスラエル戦争の一環としてガザ地区でのイスラエルの行為に関して南アフリカが2023年12月29日に国際司法裁判所（ICJ）に起こした訴訟である。
概要

南アフリカ共和国は、イスラエルは、ジェノサイド条約に違反して、ガザ地区のパレスチナ人に対してジェノサイド行為とジェノサイドを行い、現在も行っていると主張し、南アフリカがイスラエルの75年間のアパルトヘイト、56年間の占領（英語版）、16年間のガザ地区封鎖（英語版）と描写するものを含めて、ジェノサイド条約に違反したと主張した[1]。南アフリカは国際司法裁判所に対し、ガザ地区内およびガザ地区に対する軍事作戦の即時一時停止[注釈 1]を含む仮保全措置（暫定措置）を示すよう要請した[2][3]。南アフリカ政府の法務チームには、ジョン・ドゥガード（英語版）、アディラ・ハシム（英語版）、テンベカ・ングクカイトビ（英語版）、ブリン・ニ・グラーレー（英語版）、ヴォーン・ロウ（英語版）らが含まれている[4]。また、ディクガン・モセネケ（英語版） をアドホック裁判官に任命した[5][6]。
