千代 正行（ちよ まさゆき、1954年 - ）は、茨城県生まれの日本のギタリスト、作曲家、編曲家。

息子はレーサーの千代勝正。
来歴

茨城県牛久市に生まれる[1]。青山学院大学入学後19歳の時にみなみらんぼうと出会いバックバンドとして参加[2]。大学中退後、23歳でみなみの『山口さんちのツトム君』などNHK「みんなのうた」の編曲を手がけるも、ギタリストを目指し25歳の時に渡米[1]。帰国後は森田童子の編曲や多くのCM音楽の他[3]、映画やアニメ、ドラマの作曲、編曲も手がけている[4]。とくに編曲を手がけた森田の『たとえばぼくが死んだら』は1993年の映画『高校教師』の主題歌に起用されてリバイバルヒットを記録した[5]。
