函館税関（はこだてぜいかん）は日本の税関。函館市に主たる事務所を置く。

北海道、北東北3県（青森県、岩手県、秋田県）を管轄する。
歴史

1859年（安政6年） 箱館運上所開設

1869年（明治2年） 函館運上所に改称

1872年（明治5年） 運上所の呼称を『税関』に統一し、函館税関初の庁舎完成

1890年（明治23年） 北海道、千島、陸奥（青森県）、陸中（岩手県）を管轄

1902年（明治35年） 羽後（秋田県）を管轄

1909年（明治42年） 樺太を管轄

1943年（昭和18年） 第二次世界大戦において函館税関廃止

1946年（昭和21年） 税関再開によって、函館税関を設置

1968年（昭和43年） 現在の函館港湾合同庁舎が完成し移転
