円唇後舌め広めの狭母音（えんしん・あとじため・ひろめのせまぼいん）は母音の類型の一つ。準狭準後舌円唇母音（じゅんせま・じゅんあとじた・えんしんぼいん）ともいう。国際音声記号で [?] で表記される[1]。
円唇母音で、狭母音に近く、後舌よりに位置する言語音を記述するために設けられた。対応する非円唇母音 [2]には国際音声記号が設けられていない。
また、（広めでない）狭母音 [u] を緊張音（音声器官の筋肉の緊張を伴う音）とし、記号 [?] を弛緩音（緊張を伴わない音）として使うことがある。例：クメール語では [o] に対応する弛喉母音。c?mri??p? su?o こんにちは
記号の形はギリシャ文字のオメガの大文字 Ω の逆さに由来する。
