地上デジタル放送はパススルー方式のため、地上デジタル対応テレビであれば視聴可能

デジタルTVはJDSを使用している。

長野県にあるケーブルテレビ局は一部の局を除き、在京キー局[2]（地域によっては在名基幹局）の地上アナログ放送での区域外再放送を行っているが、佐久ケーブルテレビでは区域外再放送は一切行っていない[3]。
