佐々木 幸男（ささき ゆきお、1950年9月3日 - ）は、日本のシンガーソングライター。宮城県桃生郡（現石巻市）生まれ。小学校1年生の時、北海道札幌市に移住。高田みづえ、倉橋ルイ子などへ楽曲も提供した。現在は札幌を中心に活動を続けている。
略歴

札幌市の進学校である北海道札幌東高等学校へ進学。

北海道教育大学在学中の1970年に、いなむら一志らとバンド「第一巻第百章」を結成し、音楽活動を開始。大学卒業後の1976年に、『第11回ヤマハポピュラーソングコンテストつま恋本選会』にソロとしてエントリーし、「君は風」で優秀曲賞を受賞[1]。また、同年11月に開催された『第7回世界歌謡祭』の本選にも出場した[2]。

その後、1977年6月に「君は風」でディスコメイトレコードからデビュー。以後「元気です」「セプテンバー・バレンタイン」「りふれいん」などの楽曲を発表した。
