伊勢 正三（いせ しょうぞう、1951年〈昭和26年〉11月13日 - ）は、日本のシンガーソングライター。フォークグループ・かぐや姫と、フォークデュオ・風のメンバー。あだ名は正やん。
大分県津久見市出身。大分県立大分舞鶴高等学校卒業、千葉工業大学工学部工業化学科中退（3カ月ほどで中退）。 大分県立大分舞鶴高等学校在学時に、音楽部に入部。そこに先輩である南こうせつがおり、南に誘われて部活のあとにバンドを結成する。先に上京しソロやかぐや姫を結成し音楽活動をしていた南が、大学入学間もない伊勢を「かぐや姫」の新メンバーに再び勧誘し加入、山田パンダと3人で1975年4月まで活動し、1978年に再結成した。 1975年2月に元・猫の大久保一久とフォークデュオ「風」を結成。 1979年に風が活動休止した後、ソロ活動を開始。1981年、南こうせつとともに日本クラウンからキャニオン・レコードへ移籍。1985年からは表立った活動を控えるが、1990年、第10回サマーピクニックで大久保一久と一夜限りの風として共演。 1993年、フォーライフ・レコードへ移籍し、ソロ活動を再開し、1995年には池田聡と期間限定ユニット「IS」を結成、1999年には山本潤子とのコラボレーションを実現。同年、かぐや姫の再結成に参加。その後、伊勢、太田裕美、大野真澄の3人で全国を回る『アコースティックナイト』コンサートを開催。この3人は「なごみーず」と呼ばれるユニットを組んでおり、2007年12月2日コンサート会場と通販のみの限定リリースでライブ・アルバム『アコースティックナイト』を発売した。 2008年に風の再結成が計画されたが、大久保の病気のため休止となった。その後「風ひとり旅」コンサートを企画し、全国をゆっくり行脚している。 2013年、南こうせつと新しいユニット「ひめ風」を結成。 2022年、7月24日に伊勢が使用した楽器や愛用品を展示した資料館『海風音楽庵 shozo museum』が、地元である津久見市に開館した[5]。 枚発売日タイトルc/w規格規格品番
