井上 陽水（いのうえ ようすい[3]、1948年〈昭和23年〉8月30日 - ）は、日本のシンガーソングライター。本名は、表記は同じで読みが「いのうえ あきみ」[4]。旧芸名：アンドレ・カンドレ。福岡県嘉穂郡幸袋町（現：福岡県飯塚市幸袋）生まれ・福岡県田川郡糸田町育ち。血液型はAB型。身長180cm[4]。
概要

1969年に「アンドレ・カンドレ」としてデビュー[3]。1971年に本名の井上陽水として再デビュー。1970年代には吉田拓郎と並んでフォーク、ニュー・ミュージック界を牽引。その後も現在に至るまで第一線で活躍を続ける、日本を代表するシンガー・ソングライターの一人。2人目の妻・石川セリとの間に1男2女をもうける。長女は作詞家・歌手の依布サラサ（本名・井上ニサ）[5]。

本名は『あきみ』と読むが、吉田拓郎を意識したレコード会社が『拓郎（たくろう）のように陽水（ようすい）にしよう』と言い出し、本人は『そうですか』と受け入れた[6]。
経歴
生い立ち

1948年（昭和23年）8月30日、福岡県田川郡糸田町中糸田に生まれる。本籍地は高知県幡多郡佐賀町で、佐賀町町役場に提出された出生届には「陽水」の下に「あきみ」と振り仮名が付いている。

父は高知県幡多郡佐賀町（現：黒潮町）出身の元軍医井上 若水（いのうえ わかみ、?1972年6月）[7][8][9] 。若水の幼少期の井上家は大きな網元で広い山林を持つ資産家であった。しかし不漁続きとなり、昭和初期には没落。若水は子供ながら一人神戸へ旅立ち、キリスト教の伝道関係の職に就き勉強を続ける。苦学の末に高等専門学校卒業の資格を得る。その後、神戸で金属工芸の技術者として働くが、やがて朝鮮総督府に勤務する兄から人手の足りない福祉・医療関係の仕事に誘われ、1940年に朝鮮（京城（現在のソウル））へ渡る。
