井上 ヨシマサ（いのうえ ヨシマサ、1966年7月18日 - ）は、日本の作曲家、編曲家、シンガーソングライター、音楽プロデューサー、大阪芸術大学演奏学科客員教授。東京都出身。
来歴
生い立ち

6歳からピアノでクラシックを習う。小学4年生の時にビッグバンド（東京ニイニイゼミ・ポップス・オーケストラ）に入団、ジャズの基礎を学ぶ[1]。
『コスミック・インベンション』としてデビュー

1979年、テクノポップバンド『コスミック・インベンション』のメンバーとして、本名の井上能征（読み同じ）名義でビクター音楽産業からメジャー・デビュー。アイドル的な楽曲や活動に抵抗を感じ、在籍時から作曲を始める[2]。

1980年12月、YMOの日本武道館公演のオープニングアクトを務める（豊武能征名義[3]）。

1982年、コスミック・インベンション解散。
作曲家としての活動

1985年、コスミック・インベンションの担当ディレクターが同じ田村充義だった縁で[2]、小泉今日子のアルバム『Flapper』に楽曲提供。井上 ヨシマサ名義で作曲家活動を開始。「（当時の）アイドルと同世代の作曲家」として注目を集める。小泉とは1987年のシングル「Smile Again」の作曲、1989年のアルバム『ナツメロ』の編曲、小泉がテレビ番組で「学園天国」を披露する際に野村義男らと共にバックバンドとして出演するなど関わりが深い。
