久石 譲（ひさいし じょう、Joe Hisaishi、本名：藤澤 守〈ふじさわ まもる〉、1950年〈昭和25年〉12月6日 - ）は、日本の作曲家、編曲家、指揮者、ピアニスト。歌手の麻衣は長女。
概要

長野県中野市出身[5]。長野県須坂高等学校[5]、国立音楽大学作曲科卒業。久石譲の名は、大学在学中に友人と話し合った結果、当時活躍していたクインシー・ジョーンズの名前をもじり漢字に当てたものに由来する[6]。

映画音楽を中心に手掛ける[7]。特に宮崎駿監督作品においては、『風の谷のナウシカ』以降、『君たちはどう生きるか』まで39年間すべての長編アニメーション映画の音楽を手掛け[8][9][10]、その長年に亙るパートナーシップは、ヒッチコックとバーナード・ハーマン、セルジオ・レオーネとモリコーネ、そしてスピルバーグとジョン・ウィリアムズの関係などに例えられる[11][12][13]。また、北野武監督作品においても、『あの夏、いちばん静かな海。』から『Dolls』までの7作品の音楽を手掛けている[14]。

ソロ活動も行っており、多数のソロアルバムをリリースしている[15][16]。これらのアルバムでは、指揮・演奏・プロデュースも手掛け、ジャンルにとらわれない独自のスタイルを確立している[17][18]。また、一部の楽曲では、自らボーカルを担当している[注釈 3]。
来歴
生い立ち - 活動初期

4歳の時から鈴木鎮一ヴァイオリン教室でヴァイオリンを習い始める[20][21]。幼少の頃より高校教師の父（補導の担当場所が映画館だった）に連れられて、年間約300本の映画を4年続けて見ており、そのことが自身の仕事に強く影響を与えているとのちに語っている[22][23][24]。

中学ではブラスバンド部に所属しトランペットを担当。この際、演奏よりも部活用の譜面を書いて周囲に聴いてもらえる方が嬉しいと思ったことから作曲家を志すようになる[25][26][27]。高校在学中、幌村隆に師事し和声や対位法などの音楽理論を学ぶ。
