中華人民共和国文化部は、中華人民共和国国務院に属する行政部門。文化事業を管轄する。日本の文化庁にあたる役所。

2018年3月14日に李克強国務院総理が開会中の第13回全国人民代表大会の第1回国務院機構改革プランにて観光局と統合し、中華人民共和国文化観光部（ちゅうかじんみんきょうわこくぶんかかんこうぶ）を新設、廃止された[1]。
