中華人民共和国の国家元首一覧は、1949年の建国からの国家代表の一覧を挙げる。本項では、中華人民共和国主席の廃止期間（1975年-1982年）に国家元首として職務を遂行した全国人民代表大会常務委員会委員長も含める。現行の中華人民共和国憲法には国家元首の規定がなく、外交慣例上では国家主席は元首と同様の待遇を受けている。
