八斗子・望幽谷。沖に浮かぶ島は基隆嶼和平島南側の八尺門水道と社寮橋

中正区（ジョンジョン/ちゅうせい-く）は基隆市の市轄区。
地理

中正区は長細い地形であり、北部の沿岸地に僅かに平地が広がっているが、その大部分を山地が殆どを占める。

なお、北方三島も本区に属する。
歴史

日本統治時代の義重町、日新町、入船町、真砂町、浜町、社寮町、八斗子、基隆嶼、花瓶嶼、棉花嶼、彭佳嶼が戦後統合され、中正区が誕生した。
