中崎 英也（なかざき ひでや、1959年2月26日 - ）は、日本の作曲家、編曲家、音楽プロデューサー。

東京都出身[1]。1980年に、バンド「WITH」のメンバーとしてキングレコードよりデビュー。1985年にWITHが解散した後は、作曲家やプロデューサーとして活動している。
