与謝郡（よさぐん）は、京都府（丹後国）の郡。

人口20,383人、面積170.33km²、人口密度120人/km²。（2024年4月1日、推計人口）

下記の2町を含む。

伊根町（いねちょう）

与謝野町（よさのちょう）

郡域

1897年（明治12年）に行政区画として発足した当時の郡域は、上記2町のほか、概ね下記の区域にあたる。

宮津市の大部分（由良・石浦を除く）

京丹後市の一部（弥栄町須川・弥栄町野中・丹後町大石）

福知山市の一部（雲原）

歴史

地元では「よさぐん」ではなく「よざぐん」と発音されることが多い。2011年3月11日に開通した山陰近畿自動車道与謝天橋立ICは、地元の読み方を尊重して「よざあまのはしだて」と命名されている。また与謝野町内の地名「与謝」は行政上も「よざ」と読まれる。
古代

地名としてのよさは雄略天皇22年に「餘社郡」で初見される。入江の見られる郡域において、湾での「よせあみ」（寄網）漁法が「よさみ」、そして「よさ」へ転訛したものである[1]。

7世紀に丹波国の与射評として設置された[2]。701年に評が郡になり、713年に丹後国が設置されるとこれに属した。
