上側頭回（じょうそくとうかい、英: Superior temporal gyrus）は、ヒトの脳の側頭葉にある3つ (場合によっては2つ) の脳回の1つである。

上側頭回は以下の脳溝によって境界が定義されている。

外側溝による上方の境界

上側頭溝 (人によっては見つからないことも) による下方の境界

後頭前切痕から外側溝までの仮想的な線による後方の境界

上側頭回は以下のようないくつかの重要な脳の構造を含んでいる。

ブロードマンの脳地図における41野と42野は音の感覚を担う皮質領域である一次聴覚野にあたる。

ウェルニッケ野 (ブロードマンの脳地図における22野) は音声言語処理を担う重要な領域である。
