パジェロエボリューション (英語: PAJERO Evolution / Montero Evolution) は、三菱自動車が生産、および販売していた自動車である。
1982年に発売されたパジェロは1983年からダカールラリーに参戦を始めた[3]。1991年からは市販車を離れ、パイプフレームの「パジェロ・プロトタイプ」へと移った[3]。そして、1997年よりT3クラス (プロトタイプ) へのメーカー参戦が禁じられ、三菱は T2 クラスの市販車改造パジェロに回帰することとなった[4]。この T2 クラスのベース車両として2代目パジェロを元に「パジェロエボリューション」を開発[5][6][7][8]、1997年9月に発表[9][10]、10月に販売開始した[9][1][2]。

新開発のMIVEC採用型6G74エンジンを搭載[9]。280 PS (210 kW)、35.5 kgf?m (348 N?m) を発揮する[9][10][11]。
ボディ
メタルトップのショートボディをベースにし[12]、シャシーの剛性を強化[10][6][13]。曲げ剛性で 44%、ねじり剛性で 33% 向上している[13]。空力性能を意識しエアロバンパー、オーバーフェンダー、サイドエアダム、拡大したリアスポイラーを装備する[9][13]。
