ローマ・エトルリア戦争（ローマ・エトルリアせんそう）は、古代ローマ（王政ローマ、共和政ローマ）とエトルリアの都市国家群との間に起こった一連の戦いの総称である。ローマの歴史の初期に行われた戦争であり、資料は多くない。エトルリアはローマの北側に位置する地域であり、そこに居住したエトルリア人はいくつもの都市国家を成し、内12の都市は「エトルリア同盟」を結成していた。しかし、エトルリア全体が連合してローマと戦ったことはなく、ローマに個別に撃破された。最終的にはローマが勝利し、エトルリアはローマ文化に組み込まれて同化し、共和政末期にはエトルリア人はローマ市民権を得た。

共和政末期から帝政初期の歴史家ティトゥス・リウィウスが述べるローマの建国神話によれば、メゼンティウス王（英語版）が率いるエトルリア人はトゥルヌス王のルトゥリ（英語版）と同盟し、ラティヌス王が率いるラテン人とアイネイアースが指導する亡命トロイア人を攻撃した。ラテン人とトロイア人は勝利し、トゥルヌスは戦死した。その後ティベリス川（テヴェレ川）を境とした講和が結ばれ、以降ティベリス川がラティウムとエトルリアの国境となった[1]。
