リチャード・ファーンズワース（Richard Farnsworth、1920年9月1日 - 2000年10月6日）はアメリカ合衆国の俳優。
略歴

17歳の時から馬を使ったスタントで西部劇などに出演。初出演は1938年、ゲイリー・クーパー主演の『マルコ・ポーロの冒険』。1983年、カナダ映画の西部劇『グレイフォックス』で初主演を果たした。当時の年齢は63歳である。

1999年、映画『ストレイト・ストーリー』の主演により、ニューヨーク映画批評家協会賞 主演男優賞受賞。インディペンデント・スピリット賞主演男優賞受賞、アカデミー主演男優賞 ノミネート。

癌を患い苦しんでいたが、2000年10月6日、自宅においてショットガンで自殺した[1]。
