ランカシャー（Lancashire [?la?k???r, ?la?k????r] 現地発音: [??a?k???(?)]）は、イングランド西北部にある行政区域である。ランカシャー州（the county of Lancashire、Lancashire county）と呼ぶこともある。かつては綿産業で栄えた。中心都市はランカスターであるが、行政上の中心はプレストンである。
ランカシャーの州章には、薔薇戦争のランカスター家に縁のある赤薔薇があしらわれている。
ランカシャーにはかつてリヴァプールとマンチェスターが含まれていた。1974年にランカシャー南部が分割され、マージーサイド州が創られた時に、リヴァプールはその一部となった。マンチェスターも同年、グレーター・マンチェスター州が創られた時に、その一部となった。
