ラプラタ沖海戦（ラプラタおきかいせん）は、第二次世界大戦中の1939年12月13日にラプラタ川河口の沖合いで生起した海戦。開戦以来大西洋、インド洋で通商破壊を行っていたドイツのドイッチュラント級装甲艦「アドミラル・グラーフ・シュペー」がイギリスの巡洋艦3隻と交戦した。
