ラグビーアルゼンチン代表（―だいひょう）は、アルゼンチンラグビー協会により国際大会に派遣されるラグビーユニオンのナショナルチーム。愛称は「ロス・プーマス」（Los Pumas）である。

ロス・プーマスは、アルゼンチンラグビー協会のエンブレムに描かれているアルゼンチン原産のジャガーの一種（Yaguarete）が、1960年代にピューマと間違えて報道され、それが広まったためと言われている[1][2]。
概要

初の国際試合は1910年6月12日のブリティッシュ・ライオンズ戦。

南半球では南アフリカ共和国代表（スプリングボクス）、ニュージーランド代表（オールブラックス）、オーストラリア代表（ワラビーズ）の3か国に次ぐ実力を持ち、この南半球3か国で構成されていたトライネイションズおよびヨーロッパ6か国のシックスネイションズいずれにも所属しないナショナルチームで唯一第1グループに所属していた。

2012年からのトライネイションズの参加を目指し、協会は国内トップリーグのプロ化、国際試合の開催数増加を表明[3]。そして、同年よりトライネイションズから大会名称を変更したザ・ラグビーチャンピオンシップに参加することになった。

W杯はすべての本大会に出場していて、1999年には下馬評を覆してベスト8入りを果たした。この時のスタンドオフ、ゴンサロ・ケサダは、ワラビーズのマシュー・バークを1点差に抑えて、大会の得点王に輝いている。2003年は決勝トーナメント入りを逃したが、2007年は開催国フランスを初戦で下し、スタンドオフのファン＝マルチン・エルナンデスらの活躍もあって、準決勝にまで勝ち上がった。しかし準決勝のスプリングボクスには歯が立たず、3位決定戦に回り、ここで再び顔が合ったフランスをまたも下して、ワールドラグビーのオリジナルメンバー以外では、最高位となる3位を決めた。2015年大会もアイルランドなどを破り4位に入った。

2020年、ザ・ラグビーチャンピオンシップにてニュージーランド代表からテストマッチ初勝利を挙げた[4]。

2022年8月、南半球四カ国対抗戦ザ・ラグビーチャンピオンシップにおいて、オーストラリアに31点差をつけて大勝[5]。さらにニュージーランド戦で7点差で歴史的な勝利となり[6]、2022年8月29日付の世界ランキングで9位から7位に上がった。
