モーリタニアの首相（モーリタニアのしゅしょう、アラビア語: ?????? ????? ????????? ????????? ???????????‎）は、モーリタニア・イスラム共和国における内閣を主宰する職務であり、大統領が任命する。歴代首相の何人かは数回も首相に就任している。

首相の職責は閣僚の任命提案権、内閣の調整、大統領から委任された任務を遂行権等に限られている。首相は就任後1ヶ月以内に国民議会へ法案及び政府計画を提出することが憲法で定められている[1]。
