『メイ・ディセンバー ゆれる真実』（原題：May December）は、2023年制作のアメリカ合衆国のドラマ映画。

アメリカで実際に起きた13歳の少年と36歳の女性の恋愛スキャンダルをモチーフにした作品。監督はトッド・ヘインズ、出演はナタリー・ポートマン（兼・製作）、ジュリアン・ムーアら[4]。R15+指定。

タイトルの「メイ・ディセンバー」とは「親子ほど年の離れたカップル」を意味する。
あらすじ

ハリウッドで活躍する女優のエリザベスは、ある1人の女性のもとを訪ねた。その女性グレイシーは20年前、23歳年下の当時13歳の少年ジョーと恋に落ちたうえに彼の子どもを身ごもったことで大スキャンダルとなり、未成年と関係をもったことで罪に問われて服役していた。グレイシーは出所後に晴れてジョーと結婚、獄中で生まれた子どもと3人で幸せに暮らしていた。

この度2人を題材にした映画が製作されることになり、グレイシー役を演じることになったエリザベスは、役作りのリサーチのために彼女を訪ねてきたのだった。エリザベスが執拗にグレイシーたちの過去や精神に迫ることで、グレイシーとジョーは自らの過去と改めて向き合うことになる。
