ミス・ユニバース1974（Miss Universe 1974、第23回ミス・ユニバース世界大会）は1974年7月21日に[注釈 1][1]フィリピンのマニラの民俗芸術劇場で開催された。世界大会がアジアで開かれたのは史上初であった[2]。最後にフィリピンのマルガリータ・モランが優勝した後継者、スペインのアンパロ・ムニョスに栄冠を授けた。

世界中の65か国の代表が1974年のタイトルを競い合った。これはアジアで開かれた初めてのミス・ユニバースであった。日本の坪井江里子は入賞を逸した。
