ミス・ユニバース1968（Miss Universe 1968、第17回ミス・ユニバース世界大会）は1968年7月13日にアメリカ合衆国フロリダ州マイアミビーチ公会堂で開催された。大会の最後に優勝したブラジルのマーサ・バスコンセロスがアメリカのシルヴィア・ヒッチコックから栄冠を授けられた。日本からは飯野矢住代が出場し、特別賞「ミス・アミティー」を受賞した。飯野は3年後、21歳で死亡した。アメリカ統治下の沖縄からはサチエ・カワミツが出場した。沖縄の世界大会出場はこれが最後となった。
